WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If you ordered an e-book, audiobook, or any other digital product, fret not. They are marching to your inbox as we speak (courtesy of my trusty distributor – BookFunnel).
Just a friendly tip: allow up to 15 minutes for your purchase to arrive and check your spam folder just in case.
If, however, the idea of waiting causes your legs to grow restless, then visit my.bookfunnel.com and login with the email address you used to purchase ebook/audiobook/digital art. If you have never logged in before, you will be asked to verify your email address and set a password.

CAN I READ ON MY E-READER?
Damn right you can.
BookFunnel gives you the power to choose what e-reading device to send your ebooks/audiobooks/digital art to. Simply click the download link inside the email they send you and you will then be asked which device or reading app you’d like to choose.
Alternatively, you can download the free BookFunnel app (available on Android, Apple, and Amazon Kindle devices) or enjoy them in a web browser. The choice is yours.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
I like to keep things simple. So here we go…
I offer a 7-day refund period for all items (excluding personalised products). However, frequent refunders will be permanently banned from purchasing at this store again, so it’s wise to read the product descriptions fully before buying.
Many authors don’t offer refunds on digital products (ebooks, audiobooks, etc.) as they are unable to claw back those items. There’s a good chance I’ll adopt this policy in the future, but for now, I’m choosing generosity over carnage.
