For Print Books:
Print books are printed and fulfilled by Lulu.
If you receive a damaged or defective print book, or if your order fails to arrive, please contact us within 60 days of the shipment date and we will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
For physical goods (such as print books), you are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's name. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or delivery to the wrong address resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided at checkout.
Print book shipping times vary by country. Estimated shipping times and available shipping methods are displayed during checkout.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional service available during checkout that provides priority assistance and expedited resolution for eligible orders affected by loss, damage, or theft during transit.
Customers who purchase Shipping Protection may receive faster support and resolution for eligible shipping-related issues, including lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Shipping Protection is not insurance and does not constitute an insurance policy.
Customers who do not purchase Shipping Protection remain covered by our standard shipping and replacement policies. Resolution of shipping-related issues for non-protected orders may require additional review, verification, or investigation before a replacement or other remedy is approved.
Where applicable, customers may be asked to provide photographs or other reasonable evidence sufficient for us to assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
All resolutions, replacements, refunds, and store credits are provided at our sole discretion, except where required by applicable law, including the EU right of withdrawal where applicable.
For Digital Products (E-Books, Audiobooks, Digital Art):
Upon the purchase of a digital product, you will receive an email from BookFunnel with a Download Link. Simply click it and you will then be presented with a page where you can select the preferred reading device to send your new purchases.
